REFUND POLICY
Eligibility for Refunds & Returns
All products from Inked Mesh LLC are made to order. We accept returns or issue refunds only in the following cases:

The item arrives damaged or defective

The wrong item was sent

The order is missing items that were purchased
Requests for returns, exchanges, or refunds must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them. Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable and not eligible for return:
Digital music downloads or streaming access
Gift cards
Sale or clearance items
Merchandise with signs of wear, washing, or alterations
Custom or personalized orders are also final sale unless they arrive defective or incorrect.
Process for Refunds & Exchanges
To request a refund or exchange, contact us at inkedmesh@gmail.com within the 7-day window. Please include:

A detailed description of the issue

Clear photos of the defective, damaged, or incorrect item
If approved, we will send you instructions for returning the product. Once the return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. For exchanges, the replacement item will be shipped at no additional cost.
We do not refund original shipping charges, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
